Eligibility & Rules
  • All full-time associates are eligible for the program. New associates earn points in the month they are hired.
  • Points may be redeemed as soon as program eligibility requirements have been met.
  • Redemption orders may include multiple items.
  • Point accounts must have a sufficient balance for redemption orders to be processed.
  • Redemption orders will be shipped to the designated business location or residence, but cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box Number.
  • Please allow four (4) weeks for delivery of merchandise. If you have not received shipment or notification of delay after four (4) weeks, please contact Customer Service at 800-500-5117.
  • No rush shipments allowed.
  • Occasionally merchandise is damaged in the shipping process. Customer Service must be contacted within (30) thirty days of receipt to obtain authorization to return damaged merchandise. Damaged merchandise must be unused and returned in the original packing material.
  • Merchandise is subject to availability from the manufacturer. Customer Service reserves the right to substitute merchandise of equal or better value without advance notification.
  • Merchandise that fails to perform according to specifications may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Information regarding operations, manufacturer’s specifications and warranty of the merchandise should accompany the merchandise. Neither the manufacturer, nor Customer Service will be responsible for merchandise claims if warranty card has not been completed and returned to the manufacturer.
